The staff were friendly, the location was wonderful, and it was great to have croissants and fresh bread for breakfast here, which is only about 15 km from the airport.

Hotel was no better than a cheap motel.Lino floors in the hallways.Stairway carpets were stained with god knows what.The lobby(if that's what you call it)smelled of old stale food.Disregard the hotel pictures.Just awfull.Do not stay at this hotel.

The room was well-equipped and brand-new. the bedroom provided the best night sleep. - Handy central location close to the town center and an attractive square.

It was the most expensive hotel we used on our trip had no facilities ie bar, dining room or lounge.the rooms are small and in need of renovation.

Comfortable king room, updated with comfy beds. 🛏️ Breakfast was quick and tasty. the staff was friendly and even helped us with finding public parking.

manager was excellent - spoke english which was very helpful for us. we had a room with a great view out over the square.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the center of town. It is situated near a modern pedestrianized square with a sizable underground car park. - the breakfast offered yogurt, cheese, and croissants, which was satisfactory. - the staff was thoughtful and excellent in their service.

The man on reception was an excellent ambassador for the hotel. He was very friendly & helpful.

We stayed at Le Bourbon on one of the warmest days of the summer and the aircon failed. The receptionist offered to move us but we stuck with our room as we were only staying one night. I wish we hadn't as, apart from being hot due to the aircon problem, our room overlooked the square which was noisy with revellers until 4 in the morning.

The room layout with the bed area separated from the bathroom/sitting area. Good wifi access. Excellent breakfast. Re question below I did not look at guest reviews - these are never much help

Spacious rooms with air conditioning were a plus for me. the location couldn't be more central, right on the main square! 🌟

Great location, very central for shops and sightseeing. Room smallish but comfortable. Would be good to provide exta tv channels and a kettle.

Bathroom was definitely small, and shower fitting needed fixing.

Convenient central location. All attractions of Pau within short walking distance. Very little noise. Friendly staff
